Anyone know the ATF ruling on krinkov's as far as selling? Specifically what I want to know is if you have to go through a class 3 dealer to buy a complete krinkov over the web or even FTF. Also are there any forms that you would have to fill out once one if made and ends up being sold to keep it legal?

If it is a semi without a stock, Then all pistol rules apply, same as buying a glock or a HK. so long as theirs no stock on it. If it has any kind of stock , it's an SBR and you need Class 3 evilness.
