My money is on the trained American. Suposedly American and suposedly trained .

PS: But hes holding an AR, so his AR would get jammed, the African runs out of ammo for spraying so much so they meet in the middle of a jungle. hahah

Guy on the right definately.  He takes martial arts, and has been in the USMC for years.  This is not to say that the African dude isn't tough.  I wouldn't want to mess with any of 'em.

simply, what kind of 7.62x39 are they using in Iraq (the insurgents).  Just wondering where their stockpiles originated from.

We found a lot of russian and chinese stuff  mostly russian, on the bodys or weapons that were left behind but is a lot of different stuff out there.  Same during OIF I most of the ordanance was old russian surplus.

but we did find some missles that with post Gulf War dates on them from France...(during OIF I, not that the insurgents were using them, but I thought it would be good info! makes you think huh?

I have some pics from when we were at al kut air base (Now blair field) of a couple of beat down russian hinds and some huge russian bombs. Mostly russian ordinance there, But the Aks were a mix from several different countries. I am going to try to get the pics scanned to put on here. There were places on the base where the bombs looked like rows of corn.

no just modified woodland cammies custumized for us, pockets moved up on the arms, stobe pouch on the left arm and reenforced elbows and knees with 1000 cordura.

what was the purpose behind making the AK-74 mags so distinctively orange originally?  I also noticed the AKM mags were similar.

I've got a ton of pics from the 1989 romanian revolution to AKs in iraq that need to be posted-for some reason these aren't any of the standard filetypes and thus I can't host them.

You'd have to go to russia and take thier prototypes, as they were never reallly put into full scale production.

I have heard that some people say they exist around former USSR and combloc states in small numbers. But I have yet to see any pictures.
