I placed an order with K-Var for their SAM-7k on 1/4/13 and it still shows pending. They stated that it was in stock on the website (actually still do) but I have not received word of shipping. I tried contacting them by website twice with no response and their customer service line says their vm box is full and no one answers. Does anyone know who or how I can reach them there to check my order status? A month, no movement on my order and no way to get ahold of them...I need help please. I know they are reputable, I just want to speak to a real person. I don't mind the wait but not knowing what's going on sucks. Looking for more direct methods of reaching them, ie, extensions, different number, etc that you guys may be privy to from past experience with them. Thanks in advance...
EDIT: I do understand what is going on in the market right now and know just about every company is slammed, but I simply want confirmation that this thing is shipping shortly because I am sending out a form 1 on it...so I need it to do so. I just wanted to clarify that so this doesn't read as if I am just whining about long ship times, so apologies if that is how it initially came across. I have seen orders cancelled prior to shipping, so that is my fear. |
