IS THE STOCK ON THE MICRO GALIL INTERCHANGABLE WITH THE STOCK FROM THE STANDARD 223 GALIL RIFLE. I NOTICED THAT OHIO RAPID FIRE SELLS TWO DIFFERENT RECEIVERS FOR THE TWO RIFLES. WHERE CAN I GET THE BEST PRICE ON A STOCK? THANX

No. Thats the main difference in the receivers in addition to the front of the receiver being relieved somewhat to accept the micro handguard. It is possible (so Ive been told) to fit a standard stock to a micro reciever. The micro stocks are hard to find. You can also fit a micro galil barrel/gas tube/foregrip to a regular Galil reciever(paying the 200 dollar tax of course) if you relieve the foregrip with a dremel tool.

GeekySteve,

I was probably going to be picking up a Galil kit in the next week or two and I very likely will have no use for the stock.  If you would be interested in it, send me an email through the site.

There actaully will be a couple of parts I don't need, mostly just trying to get a FSB/gas block, the handguards, top cover, adn bolt carrier.
