The receiver is a DCI The compliance parts are: US made Yugo grip from a member (lostintexas) on cetmerifles.com (I have another for my second M95 build) Receiver DCI FCG (3)Tapco G2 And I modified some US made floor plates (trimed down the sides) for my 5.56mm mags. And hopefully this month I will have my US made Flash hider from gunco.net. http://www.gunco.net/forums/showthread.php?p=369690#post369690 FREE |

No I only bought one receiver. Im on the waiting list for another. I had no issues with the receiver except I had to take a little bit off the center support. The issue with the kit was I added some lenth(via welder) to the mag catch to hold the mag up far enough to feed the rounds. FREE

Seeing your from NC, I assume you live near an Army Post. I work on Army Post and still can't find any in the local pawnshops or surplus stores. ![]() The only ones I have found have been on gunbroker and they are way over priced for non padded M60 bags.

the one i got from them was rubberized canvas it looks like, heat resistant, probably fireproof, has an external zippered pocket that a mag or bayonet fits in perfectly. even came with a GI issue black M16 "silent sling" attached. very good deal indeed. they also sell original grenade launching attachments for $50 i think it was, but you can get repros for $25 if you are into that. and lauch the dummy isralie rifle grenades they also sell. wish i could take credit for all these ideas, but they came from Stargazer, who is regularly on this site. |
