This thing run fine for about 300 rds and now the trigger pin comes loose after 10-20 rds. After another half a dozen rounds it slips out completely and locks the firing mechanism up.
I'm not sure what is happening whether the holes are enlarged or there is another issue. Has anyone else experienced this ? What might be an option to fix it ? I ordered a retaining plate to try rather than the sheperds hook wire. I thought that might hold it more secure and not allow the pin to slip to the left. Any other ideas, other than a small drop of weld on the left side forcing the pin to not move. Don't really want to go that route unless absolutely needed. Here is a few pics. Thanks.
