Will the Samson AK Rail fit a Yugo Underfolder?

If you are referring to the K-Rail, the answer is no.

MI, Ultimak, and UTG make Yugo compatible rails.

The MI rail states there are "minor modifications needed" to the grenade sight, anyone have any idea what those might be?
