A couple of years ago I purchased a Romanian SKS w/Ultralight Folding Stock from Centerfire Systems. Now that the "So-called" Assault Weapons Ban is no longer, is it legal to retro-fit the stock to a floder? What is your understanding of the laws pertaining to SKS rifles with folding stocks.
