OK couple questions. It may be the ammo , but it dented the primer pretty good. And I can grab the bolt handle , and wiggle it side to side at least 1/8 inch when closed. Is that normal , or is there a problem. Its a Yugo SKS.

sounds like ammo to me. are you using that hungarian MFS stuff? - it's crap.
BTW, wiggle in the bolt carrier is normal.

Not sure it says on the box JSC Barnaul Machine-Tool Plant. I got some Wolf ordered I believe this is some old stuff from the box paper.

First before you do anything else.
Take it apart and check the bolt and firing pin. Is it clean? Did you get ALL of the cosmoline off and out? Spray it with WD-40 or similar and hit it several times. It may be fouled up and only allowing soft primer strikes.
