I have an slr106ur on layaway and I am researching goodies to outfit it. I have an Aimpoint CompML2 in a rail grabber I plan to mount and that means an Ultimak because the KCI and MI top covers sit too high for my liking. I dont need co witness, I just dont wanna be rubbernecking to see my dot.
I would also like to mount a flashlight, which means Im gonna need a railed handguard. Anything available for the little suchka that fits this role and will work with an Ultimak? |

| I would run the Stormwerks rail and the Ultimak gas tube. I have the Stormwerks rail, but haven't gotten around to getting the Ultimak gas tube, yet. When I first got it I had an Aimpoint M2 mounted on the Stormwerks. I had to cut the mount down to fit between the sights, but it worked. You're right though it is pretty tall, mounted that way. That's why I changed to a micro. |
