[ARCHIVED THREAD] - NDS-2SF Alternate ???

I have had such great luck with Nodak's customer service and products that I really want a NDS-2SF to finish my bulgarian AKS-74U kit but I am nervous about them being back ordered and what will happen with a possible AWB.

Does anyone else have the same type receiver in stock right now that will work with my kit ???

If so, I thought about buiying one until I can hopefully get ahold of a NDS.

First off, relax on the AWB.

Second, why does everyone only talk about NDS receivers? Sure they're great, but there are other companies. For example, I just got three receivers from Elk River Tool & Die (formerly Global Industries I believe) and it is every bit as good as any NDS receiver I've seen. Their customer service is also excellent and, IMO, far friendlier.

Also try http://www.firinglineoklahoma.com/home.html if you want milled receivers. Elk River also does 1.6mm receivers as well.

I've also had great luck with ERT&D, they built my Krink on their receiver. It's nice quality. Good folks to deal with.
