OK, assuming the "Demon"crats get the AWB ball rolling as ASAP, I was thinking of getting the krink built, then SBR as soon as the paperwork is approved. I realize that I would have to spend extra $ for the compliance parts and a fake suppressor. I live in Fulton county (Atlanta Area), and I've got a feeling that the Sheriff may be reluctant to sign off. So I will probrably go the trust route. I'm also taking into account that Builders are gonna be swamped with work. What do you guys think?

If funds admit, might be the way to go!!!,  Sheriff prob won't sign for sure, not being in that county.  Have to check with some dealers first.  If they are way back up u can submit the form 1 and the send ur builder the kit and rec. and hopefully it will be approved about the time the dealer gets to it.  I do bet the builders r back up right now.

Why not build it as a pistol?

When your F1 gets back, add a stock.  Saves you from having t get 922 parts.

Right on. That's the route I'm going with my Romanian poh-man's krinkov.

Kit -> Pistol -> SBR

I'm setting up the trust next week. I guess I can send off the parts to Overland to get in line and hope the stamp comes back by the time he gets around my build.
