Looks great!  How long did it take you to fab that forend?

Not to long. The hard part was milling the groove in the top for the barrel. We had to make a piece to fit inside the tube so we could hold it in the vise w/o callapsing it. The forend mount is just a block of aluminum machined so it would duplicate the factory style mount. It could probably be done with a drill, file and a dremel. The rails are Yankee Hill. The bipod  is a fixed Harris unit. Iforgot who made the rail cover but I think it's Tapco. We had it machined in a few hrs.(not counting rail instalation, which was easy). I still need to put some black paint on it.
