| Not to long. The hard part was milling the groove in the top for the barrel. We had to make a piece to fit inside the tube so we could hold it in the vise w/o callapsing it. The forend mount is just a block of aluminum machined so it would duplicate the factory style mount. It could probably be done with a drill, file and a dremel. The rails are Yankee Hill. The bipod is a fixed Harris unit. Iforgot who made the rail cover but I think it's Tapco. We had it machined in a few hrs.(not counting rail instalation, which was easy). I still need to put some black paint on it. |
