I just recently purchased a GP WASR 10. Have you guys had any experience with the GP? What is the difference between the GP WASR 10 and the WASR 10?

ummm, nothing except the GP is post ban, and the regular wasr was made during the ban, so yours has a removable muzzle break and a bayonet lug and the regular WASR doesn't... really that's it, internally they're the same machine

dosen't the GP come with the US made G2 Fire Control Group??

GP comes with a two stage G2 trigger group.

If you're doesn't have one then your dealer or somebody took it out and replaced it.

I have a GP and I don't know about the FCG as a whole, since I haven't disassembled the weapon that far yet, but the trigger is definitely the doing of Tapco.

my GP didnt come with a G2.

it has one now though.
