New Romanian picture thread (Page 25 of 26)
Nice rifles everyone! I just bought an RH10 and was wondering if any of you guys have issues with optics mounts on some of your Romanian AK's because on the RH10 they are mounted about a 1/4'' higher than other side mounts making most mounts set your optics higher. Here's an example of what I'm talking about (PICTURES BELOW) and was wondering if you guys know of an affordable optics mount that won't sit too high? Sorry to thread jack. I'll have my rifle by the end of the week.

When I purchased it, I believe it to be unfired based upon the condition of the gun and just several other tell-tale signs. One of which is that it still smelled like the WASR's of way back when, it had that greasy, oily smell that only guns that came out of Romania smelled like. The chamber was clean, the bore incredibly clean, and no wear marks on any of the parts. That's about all I know. FWIW, I still haven't fired it. |

My two Romys I SBRd the Draco a few years back but it took me a while to get the under folder installed. I just got the other one from a bare-bones build special from Atlantic Arms. (everything but furniture and trigger) The furniture i had sitting in drawers from an old WASR build I sold.
