I am looking to get better performance out of my romak 3 and was looking for input into replacing the existing muzzle brake or removing it. any other input on fcg or gas system etc etc will all be welcome

try a RSA (red star arms) fcg. they are fully adjustable, and you can get a pretty sweet trigger pull. if yoiu're looking for less muzzle rise you can replace your compensator with an ak74 muzzle break. i would try the RSA.
