will the fiberforce stock or the see thru cover with scope mount work on the sar 2?

We have not used either on my kid's SAR 2 but just a question.  Why not use the standard side rail scope set up?  It is a good one.

A friend had the butt end on his, but stuck with the wood front since the FForce does not have any heat sheilding.
Avoid the top cover mounts. The set screws are hard to hold zero, and any removal for cleaning means re-zeroing. You can otherwise have mine for the cost of shipping, before I use it to squish bugs and stir paint this summer.

Welcome to the Dark Side Spoonman!Yes the cleaning kit works and there are some good tools inside. You may need to use a pair of pliers to get it open, just take care not to damage it while doing so.As for the fiberforce stock, save your money and buy a good plumb stockset from K-Var.I also have to agree, the top scope mounts really suck on an AK.The side scope mount already on your SAR2 is great and original Russian optics are quite affordable and come ready to mount on the side of your AK.These scopes also retain their zero on removal and re-installation.
