Okay guys I got the Red Star Trigger last night and attempted to put the trigger in.  Everything is smooth.  I also got the plate to replace the shepards hook.   If I don't put the safety lever in and I cock the hammer the trigger releases the hammer and everything works fine.   However when I put the safety selector lever in the the protrusion from the safety lever which stops the trigger assembly from rotating forward and firing while in the safe mode is rubbing the back of the trigger housing in the fire selection mode.  Just barely but it's enough that I can't adjust the trigger out and help it any.   What do I have to do?  Should I grind a small amount of the rear of the trigger assembly to allow passage or gring a bit off the safety selector protrusion.  I hope I have been clear or you guys can get the picture of what I'm talking about.   PLEASE HELP ME.  I'm pulling my hair out.

I don't have a Red Star trigger but I have seen and read about the instructions they include.  The safety issue is covered.  If you are missing your install instructions get back to Red Star or http://www.powercustom.com.

Like msh said, the issue is covered in their instructions.  Mine came with one that was pretty fugly in terms of formatting - the one on their website is much clearer: www.redstararms.com/uploads/RSA_trigger.pdf.  I ran into the same problems as you and had to removed a little bit of metal from both the trigger as well as from the safety and everything runs smoothly now.
