This is what I'm using -

http://www.amazon.com/AK47-STOCK-BUTT-PAD-RECOIL/dp/B003BMDIHG/ref=sr_1_9?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1401558505&sr=1-9&keywords=ak+47+buttstock

I like that adds some length, and is a bit softer on the shoulder..

The Combloc butt pads work well and can be purchased from numerous places.  They just slip on and off as needed.  Not much to look at, but very functional.

Using one of these.  Easy on, easy off.  Adds a little length and also allows a little higher hold on your shoulder so you don't have to lay down on your stock.

I ordered the UTG pad from Amazon, it's a copy of the comblock pad and I think I paid like ten bucks. Works well and it's much wider than the stock buttplate, does an excellent job of absorbing recoil. Mine would not stay on so I permenantly attached it.
