Please let me know what you know of if there has already been a thread let me know as well It's essentially a WASR-K with a few upgrades. Chrome lined, hammer forged barrel, Romanian manufacture. |

dont have one but pretty much on the same boat as you, but i kinda look at the rifle a little differently. what caught my attention is the fact that this rifle was mainly built for m&m llc, i guess per their wants from the cugir factory.
1. claiming rifle weighs 6 lbs with empty mag 2. chrome lined cold hammer forged barrel 3. and the front sight base/gas block(one unit) you pretty much find this also on the draco and mini draco, and dont really find these on standad akm platforms 4. RPK rear sight, windage and elevation adjustable still new to the market and have seen some videos but still not enough info, i would like to see MAC do a review though |
| Awesome weapon, balanced and comfortable. I like the feel of the railed foregrip with the rubbery rail covers. Shoots well, even with the front sight over the gas block. My only two complaints are how beat up it came from the factory, lots of scratches, and the poor wobbly plastic mag that came with it. The front sight was canted slightly to the right. Other than that, I love the gun. I have had abt 200-300 rounds through it with zero probs, and have had great luck with the steel milsurp mags (no wobble whatsoever). |

Interesting that rather than just boost the QC to prevent sending canted-sight rifles out the door they stick an RPK sight on it.
By the way, that was/is my fix for both of my SAR's. I've had them both for about ten years and the first thing I did was remove the rear and add the RPK sight. Between a little drift adjustment of the front and screw adjustment of the rear, it works. Having said that, it shouldn't be needed, but alas, is... |

I like mine, got it lightly used from a guy. Serial number 18. Good, light, very accurate. A little sticky when charging it, so I'll polish the bolt lugs (not enough to CHANGE it, just smooth it a bit).
First thing I did was swap out the tacti-rail and stock for a Bulgarian wood set. This gun is screaming to have a folder stuck on and get SBR'ed........... |

Wow, that looks like a hell of a rifle for the price. Nothing like having some nice rails!
I also see there is a video of the rifle, nice! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T03kod28sKI&feature=player_embedded |
