| Okay, I'm a newbee to this AK47 game. I bought an unfired underfolder, cleaned it up, took her to the range and had a BLAST. Very fun rifle. It came with only 2 mags. I ordered 10 Tapco mags... Needless to say, they don't fit. my question is, what mags should I buy for MY AK??? |

Tapco mags are too wide at the bottom for the folder to pass. Basically, any magazine 30-rounds or less will work, except Tapcos. Also, avoid any magazine which doesn't have steel reinforcement in the mag catches and the feed lips. Stick to steel mags, or Bulgarian waffle-pattern polymer mags. |
