Got a romy side folder stock for an early Christmas gift. It needs screws. What size do I need?

The screws are 5mm. IDK what length. I just bought some (along with a nut) at the local ACE and cut them to length. I used tapered screws with a hex head. They have a taper that matches the taper in the stock block screw holes perfectly. I haven't had any problems with the stock loosening up.
