I did not like the fit of the CAI built PSL original stock, so I made this. Its made from black walnut with a Tung oil finish. The pull is now 13 3/4", with a larger cheek rest. Accuracy was horrible; this was improved by lengthening the tongue of the lower hand grip and bedding it into the receiver. Additionally the gas tube deflected the barrel .03 when locked in, some machining and it holds 7/8” @100 yards. (150 grain FMJ). fantastic piece of wood. Very impressive work! Probably the best looking stock I've seen in a long time!
