I got a PSL a while back which has been a great gun, but I wanted to upgrade from the slightly rusted and expired tritium 4x scope that came with it.

I was looking at Kalinka's website, would the 1P21 scope be a good choice?

It's an excellent choice but keep in mind the power of the scope is determined by the distance to the target.  This means targets from 300-900 meters will have a corresponding magnification between 3 and 9 (3x for 300 meters, 9x for 900 meters).
