He thinks he is stalking me or letting me know his presence. Hence the scowling face picture. Shown up on a few of my posts here of late. Bad blood from Gunsnet and him being banned. Not trying to bring that drama over here but he seems to not let it go. Very childish. Hootbro |
He hit me with a "This isn't Goonsnet" IM a couple of weeks ago over a post I made too. I think he may just be mad at anyone from over there. He'll get over himself one day. |
Yes, let's ban him since that is all he wants to do to everyone else.

Couple of weeks ago manny1 sent me some PM's with veild threats about me watching my step around here and some influence he had with the moderators. I forward it to Ed Sr. just to be on record as I was not initiating any trouble when it came to manny1. I eventually suggested to manny1 that we try to stay clear of each other while being guest here but that obviously did not take with him. For the record, if some do not know, I moderate on the classified on gunsnet. While not always popular here, I try to be repsectfull to others here and not get into trash wars between the boards. manny1 was a member of gunsnet and was probably at one time 95%+ of the reported posts to me on the classifieds on gunsnet. Most were little snitch type reports on other members for minor infractions or "his" interpetation of the rules. What it boils down to was manny1 just would not "get it" when it was explained to him how the rules would be enforced as sometimes thing are not cut and dry all the time in keeping good order to a forum. What lead up to manny1 getting banned was we had current or recently discharged military members and security contractor types form across the pond selling excess field gear they had, like maybe kamel backs, knives or other high speed- low drag stuff that was mainly corporate vendor donations and not always military bought or in the military system. In talking with manny1 I tried to explain to him that anyone who had served in the military almost always had excess crap and if not hand receipted or showing on a shortage, military supply types do not want to deal with such stuff. manny1 would just not let go and have childish fits on the board. I bent over backwards trying to explain to manny1 that it was not a fight he was going to win to his satisfaction and to just let it go. Well as most suspect, he would not let it go and in order to keep order on the board, he was banned. In talking with manny1 before, I gathered he was some type of public housing authority cop out on medical or maybe retired. He has a pet peeve over people "he" suspects are getting over. I really tried to work with him but it got to a point it seems he thrives on belligerence. Hootbro |
Well a while back I made a mistake with Mak, re-nigged on a sale, which I shouldn't have done. It got blown out of proportion but later somehow Manny1 got involved. Then I started reading through other threads he had been involved with, noticed a pattern, the guy's thrives on instagating fights for no reason whatsoever, as well as always suggesting to ban everyone who crosses him. He is a sad figure on the board to say the least, get's himself involved in other member's conflicts for no real reason. I can be an abrasive person which I admit but this guy even got on my nerves which takes a lot. I guess I'm not the only one on here who thinks he's a bit off.
