I have been thru several AK...never had any dealings with a NHM-91...thinking about trading for one...will the mags interchange with AK..
and will AK stocks and pistol grips interchange??? Thanks and excuse my ignorance... |

Thanks and excuse my ignorance... Yes, any AK mags will work in the NHM. If you convert it from the thumbhole stock to a standard stock you will ahve to comply with 922. Norincos have a little bit thicker receiver so in order to get another countrys stock to fit you may have to trim or sand a little in a few areas. An Ironwood set will give you US parts counts though and are outstanding stocks. |

Some nhm-91's came with a rivet beneath the mag release lever that prevented insertion of standard ak mags. Supposedly you can grind it off with a dremel in a few minutes though.
