| This is a 7.62x39 PolyTech (386 stamp in oval) rifle that was caught in customs during AWB and was fitted with Choate thumbhole stock set and had barrel nut welded over threads. Rifle has been refinished ( gunkote over park - because receiver was stamped with " SP " , for sporter I guess, this ruined the finish and started to rust), the stock has been replaced with Ironwood Laminate, the FCG replaced with Tapco G-2 double hook, and the barrel nut removed and replaced with muzzle brake ( barrel threads and muzzle brake retaining pin are functional ) . The muzzle brake is some type of Chinese RPK brake I purchased years ago. If you were planning to sell this rifle with 3 Chinese flatback mags ( refinished to match rifle ) what would be your asking price. Thank You. |
Forget the Ban status (which is just a US valuation status quo). It's still really a Chicom which is still made better than most PART-KIT guns with a US receiver. Also the US made receiver does NOT make it better. Maybe HEAVIER!!!!! |
