Hello all,
Just got my first AK and I know little about them. I would like to change the furniture, color and such and don't know where to find good folder options for these Arsenals, thanks |

AK's are not like AR's in terms of parts commonality. You can't put any stock on any AK. Each type of AK receiver is made to accept a limited number od stocks.
There are few good options for putting folding stocks on milled receivers. ACE Stocks makes several receiver adapters for milled AK's but you have to cut the rear tang off. You could also send it out to have an underfolder stock installed, but the side rail would have to be removed. In my opinion neither option is a good one. Keep your SLR-101 the way it is and buy a second AK with a folding stock you like. |
