| Tried to do a search on it but came up short of a couple of questions... #1 Anyway, I just purchased this model a few weeks ago. Prior to my purchase I did quite a bit of research on some of the problems Arsenal has been having. So, the gun did come with the test target and from what I can see, the front sight is just fine; #2 however, the rear sight line seems to be off just enough to notice it while looking down the barrel. Not sure if it's the way it was mounted on the gun or the way the adjustment piece was milled. Anyone else noticed anything like this? Also, there has been talk of a new muzzle brake on the "fixed" rifles. Which is the new muzzle brake compared to the "old" one? Any help is greatly appreciated! |

Also K-var has/had both US and Bulgarian brakes. |

Now I own one so I can chime in. Mine has a slite cant on both the front and rear sights. I haven't had the time to really try it out properly with paper targets. I did have just enough time to target a can at about 50 yards and did manage to hit it. I do wonder if it's normal for some AK's to have a slight cant or if it's really a quality control
issue? Does the ugly flash hider just screw off by hand so you can replace it? Mine came to 1043.25 after tax by the way. |
