Hello, Is it possible to have the FSB threaded for the AK74 break or wold it just be easier to swap it out for a new Bulgy FSB with the threads already on it? Thanks |

I'd love to have the lugs but NY still has the AWB in effect. I might just have them ground off then and the break permanently attached. I bought the 105 used a while ago for and took it to the range yesterday. I'm surprised as to how well it shoots and how low the recoil is. I was thinking that with a break, it would be even better. |
| The "neutered" SLR-105 front sight base had the threads ground off, so it would be too small an O.D. to thread for the brake. For a welded installation, the brake might drop right onto your front sight base, and if it's a snug fit it could then be welded (no need for threads if it's gonna be welded anyway). |

I was thinking about that last night, 7.62. I don't know if the law, which mirrors the National AWB, says anything about the FSB being threaded. I know it says barrels can not be threaded. This might be a grey area but I'm going to look for a Bulgy break and see if it is a snug fit, either way I am going to need one. Thanks |
Is there some exception because of the thread size not matching any current grenade launcher, thus excluded from the ban? |
