| What is the best way to shave/cut/custom fit plastic ak stocks (brownells manf). I am about to take a dremel to mine, but want to know what other methods people have used. |

if you are talking about something like adjusting the tang to fit a 1.6mm receiver, then I just use an endmill - perfect flat cuts. But ok, maybe you don't have one - a bastard file and patience or sandpaper backed by file. DO NOT use a power sander or anything else that builds friction heat unless you want a melted mess
