I've got an issue with an underfolder I hope someone can help me with. On the right side of the mechanism (opposite the release button) there is a vertical hole that goes form the 1200 to 600 position with some sort of retaining pin in it. The problem is that the retaining pin keeps trying to work it's way up to the top and out as it sits in the hole rather loosely. Can I just remove that pin, and if not how do I get it to stay? Thanks for any help, Merry Christmas and God bless.

on the inside of hte receiver or the outside?

if its the one on the outside just remove the pin and tighten the piece of metal its going through one more notch and use another hole and see if that helps.

That hit the nail on the head. I advanced it one hole further and that helped some, and made the folding a little tighter. I added just a tiny spot of mighty putty in the upper end of the hole which has now dried and will keep the pin from sliding out so easily. It may work it's way loose eventually but right now it's solid. Thanks for the help.

You need to stake that pin in there or it will fall out. Alot of builders / manufacturers miss that step on assembling these under folders.
