Well more of an annoyance than anything else. I picked up a new Polytech double underfolder and lo and behold the FSB is slightly leaning to the left and the gas block is leaning to the right. Does anyone know the best method of straighten these back up without damage? I've already punched the pins out with a nylon punch so as not to mar anything, I just don't want to stick it in the vise and torque on it without getting some advice first. Thanks!

Punch pins back in.
Sight-in rifle first. Best way is at the range.

If the front sight post is too much off-center between the ears, then you may straighten front sight base.

Straightening gas block will result in slight misalignment of barrel gas port hole in relation to gas block gas port hole,
and
may position your carrier off-center in relation to rear sight block hole. In this area  clearance is small, and the carrier may rub and wear off.

By straightening these visual annoyances you may alter perfect performance of the rifle.

Yeah that's probably the best bet. Thank goodness the pins came out with almost no effort so I'm not sitting there wailing away on it.
