Can't wait to get some of that. One to drink, and one to display.

Not sure. I had dropped the company an email asking where I could buy it in the US a while back and they sent me an email today. It said:

Dear Customer!

It seems we have been waiting for Kalashnikov Vodka forever. It is finally here in the US!  Just one step remains before you'll see it at your local retailer.

Please help in this important matter by printing the request card below (see below and also attached) and dropping it off at your favorite liquor store or stores.

Then we can all enjoy Kalashnikov Vodka sooner!

Truly yours,

Aiko Importers, Inc.

I wouldn't mind buying a couple bottles to help contribute to the old guy's retirement fund.

I got the same thing.

In a seperate respose to my query, I was asked what city and state I was in.

We should ALL print that card and drop it at some liquor stores.

My printer is spitting some out as I type this!

I cropped it though ...

Just this morning, I was thinking of what it would take to import the AK shaped bottles in the wooden box.

The bottle isn't as cool but you can see that the bottom is rimmed like a rifle casing.  I'd also like at least two of them.  One to drink now and another for my children, family and friends to drink at my funeral.  All whom enjoyed shooting my AK's.

I'm sure they'd have a hoot talking about the fun they had.  A little morbid, but when my comrades think of me, they think of the AK nut.

Let's keep this thread going until we can get some!

For what it retails in Russia, you could buy here a very nice kit and NDS premium receiver. So, I don't think that it will make it's way here...

All Kalasnikov needs to do now is make some cigars and he'd have the entire ATF covered.

Almost.  He'd have Alcohol, tobacco, and firearms.....but no explosives.
But a little Soviet C4 does sound appealing.

I'm on the fence about this sort of thing.

On one hand, it does say "Kalashnikov" on it, and therefore it's something of a collectible - but on the other hand it really has nothing to do with its namesake.

It's a bit like slapping Mickey Mouse on Hershey's chocolate and calling it "Mickey Chocolate". Is it really Mickey Chocolate? Of course not; it's Hershey's. Mickey has nothing to do with it.

Now, if this stuff had like...flakes of copper jacketing from real fired 7.62 and 5.45 rounds...that would be something.
