What do you guys think one is worth ... New in the Box ... I'm not sure but I think the bayo is missing ... Everything else is there ... bayo may be there, I just looked real quick and closed the box so nobody else could see what it was ...

I'll be the new owner Mon am ... I'm thinking of trading it but would like a realistic value ... not an inflated dream price !!

TIA: ....................

ETA: It has "Legend" and "National Match" stamped on the rec.

ETA: Legend is not stamped on it ... But it is a Legend for sure ...

I saw some asshole at a gunshow who was selling a polytech and wouldnt even let you TOUCH it unless you were 100% going to buy it. Wanted $1700 USED, told him to F-U.

Details?

If your gonna part with it (possibly because your getting it cheap?) since it's NIB and near 100% try to sell it to a collector. You'd get more for it, and it's 20+ years old now. To be in NEW condition isnt too common.

Remember, trade in value is usually 60-75% of its actual value.

In described condition i'd say 1200-1500 depending on the collector.

Thanks Guys ... I think I was mistaken about it actually having "Legend" inscribed but it does have "National Match" ...  The manual that is in the box says "Legend ...

I took it out of the bag and it's still covered in oil ... never been cleaned off ... Everything is there ... They did not come with a bayonet and according to a couple of web sites they were not inscribed "Legend" ...

Details:   Yes, I will try to sell to a collector ... Or trade with a collector ... I want a shooter "Legend" with standard 16" barrel and fixed stock ...

If I can't find a trade I might do the unthinkable ... Send it to my gunsmith and have the barrel trimmed to 16" ......................................... not .... I couldn't do it !!

I bet I can find a buyer or do a trade ... Because it is NIB ...

Oh man, my jaw was dropping before I got to the end. LOL, dont do that to us.

So it IS a milled receiver gun, but doesnt say Legend?  Weird, might make it a little on the rare side then. It might have been brought in, in small numbers by a smaller importer.

What are the import marks on it? Factory code, and the condition of the accessories and even the box.

I know one collector, who has multiple STACKS 5 high, of preban chinese import AK47s. All boxes are 100%, as if they were imported last week. This dude bought a safe from a BANK to hold his "class III and extremely rare stuff" (I know for a fact he's got a broomhandle mauser with its matching stock and leather cases and all parts in 99%)

I found a box in his garage of 300 preban 30rd Glock mags. It had been there for years, he didnt even remember he had them or how he got them. This was unfortunately about 6 months after the sunset of the AWB. I remember seeing those during the height of the ban for $85-100 a piece.

What im saying is; collectors have money to throw around. If you can find out all the info of this gun, you can give it to who will treat it the best, and get the most for it.
