I've heard nothing but great things about TDI products and I've used a few before. They are top notch all the way around. That said, i'm not sure what the need is for such an elaborate mounting system. how much do you plan to attach to the gun?

And you said Veprs were "fugly"!

Actually, you were criticizing the Vepr saying:

Quoted:
I just cant bring my self to think of them Vepr's as AK's.
I dont know how they shoot but!
I would have to tie a porkchop to it to get the dog to fetch it! You know what I mean Vern?
I'm NOT trying to start trouble!!! I just think they are Fugly.
They just dont look AK to me.
More Siaga or some thing.

What do you think that your AK is going to look like with 60 miles of picatinny rail and all that other shit you plan on adding? Talk about a fucking hypocrite.

The Poster asked (Which do you guys prefer, and why? Does anyone have both and, if so, can you give a comparison of the two? ) To whitch I did say-

I never said you couldn't say what you wanted, that's why I didn't respond in the other thread. I am laughing because you said you don't like Veprs because they're ugly and don't "look AK", but then you want to put that Robo-Cop ninja cage on your AK. GFY.

Try starting your own thread. More people will see that you've posted a question.

dont worry about the purist snobs do what you want its your gun you have to shoot it and live with it if it works for you then keep it that way.

as far as the rail goes i have no experiance with it but for $300 bucks you could have another ak or go with ultimak railed gas tube and a railed lower handguard. jmho.

looks cool - prefer to keep it old school. but if you have a classic ak and you want to make a tacti-cool ak, then i think that rail system is pretty nice, better then some of the cheap plastic stuff.

I just wonted to get the scope as close as possible to me. Im 49 and my eyes are getting kinda wacco at times and need help with the long shots any more.

The covers with the rail on them do they go back to zero when reattached ?
Thats the only thing that keeps me away from them. I dont wont to have to adjust it all the time.
That is a nice looking sys but I wish the rail on top went back twords you and not forword.
