Arsenal recommended to me that I get an aftermarket cleaning rod for my SAM7. Does this look like a good one? None of these. They are too long for AK barrel. The first link I posted will fit the .30 cal barrel because it is .258 dia, do not buy it. The second link rod will be much better, this is the one I'll get. It is .227 dia, and most likely will accept muzzle guide. You want the jag to overlap the rod end at point of attachment. I use Pro Shot jags, and they are about .250 dia at point of attachment, therefore that .258 rod may be too large.
