Easy. Convert a saiga .223 and add a sidefolder. Won't have dimples though.

Buy a Saiga 223 carbine from Saiga Central
Buy a folding stock from ruseller on gunbroker
Send everything to Chris Butler at AK-USA
Or
Gather all the conversion parts you'll need (I got most of my stuff from K-VAR) and send the rifle to another smith. I'm having AZEXARMS build my AK-103 right now.
