Hey, I was wondering if someone could recommend me a good AK, and maybe where to buy. I was looking for something with a wooden stock, maybe synthetic,I already have 2 rifles chambered in .223-5.56, so i want one in 7.62 for sure. Preferably new, but I wouldn't not buy one if it was used. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks. Also i'm not really interested in one in full auto, just Semi-auto.

Check the Equipment Exchange there is always great deals there.

You might wanna look into the SAR-1 rifles.

I agree.  SAR1s are great rifles, but are hard to find new in box.  Also, check out the Vector line.  Quality built rifles with a great warranty.

Yeah, I just looked at the SAR's, they're not bad lookin. I'll keep them in mind, I was mainly looking for one like this though, unless they're hard to find http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:AK-47_type_II_Part_DM-ST-89-01131.jpg

That's a milled AK.  Take a look at the Arsenal rifles:  Arsenal AK Rifles

Try Atlantic Firearms.
They usually have a good selection of AK's.
