I have tried numerous times to contact Ryan at Precise Innovations to no avail. I managed to find a 1-800 number for Precise Innovations, LLC based in Idaho, but they say they only deal with muzzle brakes. The Precise Innovations, LLC based in Utah is the one that deals with thread alignment tools. The Idaho shop bluntly refused to give me a phone number or any other means of contacting the Utah shop, stating the ONLY way to get through is via email. Needless to say, with an attitude like that, I will no longer give them any of my business. I've sent emails to Ryan at Precise Innovations through several email addresses including the e-commerce site contact form over the past week and received zero replies. The Idaho shop has no knowledge of his whereabouts or how he conducts business. Tracking down the registrant of the domain name was futile as it was registered through a Proxy. It sounds like the whole operation consists of small machine shops spread out in the boonies without any structured business model. People complain about Botach, but I've had better transactions with Botach than Precise Innovations, LLC. |
