What's up with the down right hostility between buyers and sellers over whether or not you can ship a AK to that state?

Most AKs are legal in Kali, in a non-AW configuration.
I'm building two romy kits on NDS-3 receivers, with fixed magaines.

Those are going to be a real bitch to reload arent they?

What are you going to do, pull the receiver cover and remove the bolt carrier to access the mags?

Im not being smart, because the process for the non removable mag AR's require the same thing.

Sounds like the bullsh*t you have to deal with living in a damned communist state.

But dont worry, I hear they have a bill in the legislature to allow illegal immigrants to own assault rifles, they figure that since they arent obeying the law just being in Kali, that its only proper that other Kali laws dont apply either.

you can also use a detatchable mag IF you DON'T have a pistol grip, flash hider, folding/colapsable stock, forward hand grip, grenade launcher. kind of like a saiga. just for it to be LEGAL again to buy real ak and ar recievers in california is great.
