Underfolders look awesome!
 But they such ass for shoulder firing!!!! Triangle/Skeleton (Left) Side Folders (ie: AKS-74U) are much more practical, easier to deploy under pressure (or not), and far better cheek weld..., this considering underfolders have absolutely no cheek weld whatsoever!!! Hell .., those POS Romy side folders have a better cheek weld than the unders do!!! Like I said..., IMO..., underfolders look cool..., but functionally they suck ass big time!! No contest, Triangle/Skeleton (Left) Side Folders RULE!!!  IMO: #1 Triangle/Skeleton Folder  #2 Ace Side Folder Folder #3 Romy or German Side Folder #4 Under Folder As you see..., personaly an Underfolder would be my last choice!!! But like TheRedHorseman said: "definitely a matter of personal preference" |

sidefolders were made for people with a Mr. Potato sized head.  Romy sidefolders only give a good cheek weld if you shoot right handed. For a left hander it's like shooting an AMD. |

Nothing beats an underfolder for the pure wickedness effect. i don't understand why people say its uncomfrtable to shoot. I love the three of mine
 and I sold my E. German sidefolder stock.

Are you refering to the cheapo Romy wire stock, or the Russian triangular stock? |

Ive had both,I'd definetly go with the side folder. the underfolder looks great, but function wise its pretty bad. You cant get to the saftey very easily. I prefer the east german side folder. |

I like underfolders, but I would have to choose the Chinese sidefolders over all others.
