Hey guys i picked up a Chicom stripper clip guide as i was given somewhere in the nature of 20 stripper clips and filled em up when i was board...

well i tryed using the guide but this POS doesnt seem to get them lined up right or something.. its damn near imposable to use the clips in it  i think i managed to get one to go in then i just said flock it and striped all the ammo off and did it by hand...

Basicly am i missing some sort of trick with this thing? i would like to have it on hand for Practical Rifle matchs just in case i use up 4 mags on one stage or something stuped like that...

I bought some stripper clips and a guide a month or so ago, doesn't work all that well.   What I found to work best was to strip the lower three rounds at one time, move on to the next three, then a big push for the final four

The easy solution is to buy a LULA, they work everytime, no to mention you can also unload the magazines too.

the Lulas are great and all... but if the stripper clip guide was desent i would be able to load mags rather quickly...  a whole lot faster then other speed loaders.. thats why i went for it was so i could just have the ammo on guides and strip them in quick at matchs....

and for unloading.. thats what the base of the round is for... takes me only a few seconds to unload a mag with a round....

Aah.. Yes.. I see the problem.  You're missing a part.  Just place an SKS under the stripper clip, and everything will be fine.

The problem is that the loader is too big from front to back. Tape a thin piece of wood, like a window or door shim to the inside of the front of the loader. This will keep the back of the loader against the back of the magazine. The loader will work well, but it's still harder to use than a commercial one.
