Got a Mak90 and it has an angled end on the rear of the receiver. It appears to have a plate over the rear angled portion that has no holes. How does a replacement stock attache to this type receiver? I know something more than the tang screws does it. Will I have to drill a hole in it or remove the plate? Thanks.

It sounds to me like you have an underfolder type reciever. Can you post a pic?

If it has the plate on the back, it may be an underfolder receiver.  Does it have a block on the side where an underfolder stock would attach ??

Here is a stock set from Ironwood Designs for the angle-cut receiver:

Put an underfolder on it.

It has the block at the top that the recoil guide slips into. It is held in with two rivets. Then there is a plate over the back that comes down straight for a short ways then angles back following the receiver untill it reaches the bottom. The tang is welded to the plate and the block that the recoil assembly slips into at the top of the receiver. The plate is not welded to the reciver anywhere but the top. The plate covers the rear of the receiver completely. I do not know how and under folder atteaches. There are not other ponits of attachment but two holes in the bottom of the receiver a little towards the back of the grip bushing square hole. Looks like #4 in the picture but has a tang at the top with two screw holes for the thumbhole stock.
The wood stock shown would not slide into the receiver because of the plate over the hole.

How does an under folder attache? Thanks.

Yes Has the same cross shaped indents.
The receiver is marked MAK90 instead of NHM90 and the Import is GL NIC LA CA

It's an underfolder reciever. Find a chicom U/F stock, cut the tang and your in business.
