[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Installation of E clips?

Are there any tricks to doing this? I never have done this before. Thanks!

Simply hold it in place and use a flat end screw driver to push it down to seat in the groove. Very easy.

Lay weapon on side, so as the clip can be pushed around on the inside of receive till you get it in the right place, then as stated above, just push untill it snaps in.

What size e-clips do you folks use? I have a WASR-10.

huey .... send the rifle to me ... I have the "e-clips" and will install them for you ...

Of course I'll have to test drive the thing .... for some time ...

7/32 is the E clip size. about $1.50 for a 2 pack @ lowes. mmk
