Okay guys here is my Romy.

The steel stock isn't comfortable to shoot for extended periods so I was considering buying one of THESE, but there is no pic. It should provide about the same look which I love. My current stock doesn't fold. Anyone have any experience with the new RPB stock?

I'm not too sure the other stock would be any more comfortable.

Smae design right, but yours is metal and the other is some sort of nylon or plastic?

I would think the nylon would absorb alot of the recoil.

I've shot my SKS with both the wood stock and a nylon folding stock. I could tell no difference in recoil.

The nylon stocks are meant to be very strong, I doubt they flex much.

Maybe some sort of slip on recoil pad my solve your problem.
