[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need a little help

I was putting the barrel back in my Romy kit and put a burr on the end cap threads what is the best way to fix this. I tried to screw the break back on and it will not go any ideas. I would put pic up but my camera takes crappy pics. Thanks in advance

If you damaged the muzzle threads, you probably need to get a jewelers file to try and clean them up.

Trying to force/screw on the flash hider or muzzle nut may do more damage....
