It depends more on how you sent the payment. If you used paypal or the online store, it goes faster. Checks can take weeks for your membership to become activated. IIRC Goatboy said he is behind on getting the memberships upgraded.

I have you beat. I just paid a large chunk of change for my dealer fees. Im not complaining though I just paid it tonight so I expect a few days.
ETA: I figure I might as plug my site as much as possible to help recover some of my dealer fees
