How abundent are SSR-56's? Are they more-or-less easy to order or does it take some digging around over the internet? I'd much prefer the Bulgarian Walnut stock. http://www.globaltrades.com/currentproductionrifles.html ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Implies that only SSR-85C-2 are being currently produced... yet... www.ak-47.net/ak47/global.html states that the SSR-56 is the current production. help this n00b please |

The AK-47 link is old info. I've got a SSR-56 on a FEG receiver, not a bad rifle. GT is usually at the Dallas area shows here in Texas, and I really haven't seen many of the 56 rifles recently. Mostly the 85 series. Maybe they ran out of the parts that go into the 56? You could always give them a call. I'll check the next show to see if they have any. |
| Don't waste your money. They have all kinds of fail to feed problems, especially with hollow points, and their customer service SUCKS!!!! I learned the hard way-TWICE!!! Get a REAL Arsenal. One of the carbines or SAM-7A1's is about the same as one of those SSR pieces of junk. |
