I've figured out how to adjust and zero the reticle on my POSP 8x42D, but I was wondering if there is any adjustment that can be made to center the reticle back in the FOV. It's not terrible right now, but I would prefer to have the whole thing centered if possible..

You need to shim the screws that hold the bracket together.

I can see that affecting elevation, but what about windage?

The screws on the outside of the bracket (there are four) can be shimmed for windage. You don't need to shim all four, just shim the side you need to "kick" out. The two top screws on the inside of the bracket can be shimmed for elevation. Just remember to drift out the two pins that hold the bracket together.

Just out of curiosity - does anyopne know what the adjustment screws in the CENTER of the turret are for (the ones you're not supposed to mess with)?

If you mean the 2 small silver screws on the top of each turret those are loosened so you can spin the drum only to reset to zero.

But I think you really mean the tiny screw-thing in the very center.  That I believe is used to hold the turret itself on.  I can't confirm because I would never want to touch those screws.  Opening up scopes, unless you are an expert, is always a bad idea.
